Mice were treated with various concentrations of MC-LR (0, 3.75, 7.50, 15.00 and 30.00 µg/kg body weight per day), at the indicated time point, the Gnrh1, Kiss-1 and Gpr54 mRNA were detected with RT-PCR. RT-PCR or quantitative real-time RT-PCR. 18s rRNA was used as an internal control.
