Detection of baculovirus entry into silkworm ovarian cells.
Localizations of virions in infected BmN-SWU1 and BmN-SWU2 cells were detected by indirect immunofluorescence at 6 h p.i. VP39-EGFP was detected using a mouse α-EGFP monoclonal antibody and AlexaFluor555-conjugated goat α-mouse IgG antibody (red). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). The merged image was generated using SPOT Advance software.
