Real-time PCR showed mRNA expression of (A) CCL2 (MCP-1), (B) CCL5 (RANTES), and (C) GM-CSF from WT, mev, mev x IL-4 KO, mev x IL-13 KO, mev x IFN-γ KO, and IFN-γ KO mice (n = 6 each). The results were normalized to GAPDH (reference gene) and presented as the difference of Ct values (ΔCt) between them (*P<0.05, **P<0.01, and ***P<0.001).
