Effect of TET on the cell viability of BV2 cells.
BV2 cells were treated with TET at various concentrations for 2 h. Then, LPS was added to each well and incubated at 37°C for an additional 24 h. Cell viability was measured by CCK-8 assay. Results were expressed as a percentage of the control cultures and the mean ±S.D. from three independent experiments performed in triplicate. * P<0.05 compared with the LPS (−) TET (−) group.
