Potato yield under various treatments.

Potatoes were harvested and weighed after 3-month cultivation. P. infestans infected plants were treated by 105 mL−1 of Phytophthora infestans zoospores at 45-day of cultivation. 1 d+P.i., 250 µg/mL curdlan oligosaccharides (CurdOs, the mixture of glucopentaose, glucohexaose, and glucoseptaose) was sprayed on the potato leaves 1 d before P. infestans treatment. 5 d+Pi, 250 µg/mL CurdOs was used 5 d before P. infestans treatment. CK, control without treatment. Values are means±SD. Lowercase letters indicate significant differences (LSD test at p<0.05).
