A. IDE protein. 1c1c7 cells were treated by insulin (200 nM) for 8 hours. IDE protein was determined in the whole cell lysate in Western blot. In the control, PBS was added into the culture medium in the 8 hour treatment. The experiment was performed three times with consistent results, and a representative blot is shown. B.
