Expression patterns of genes altered in mice brain after 0 or 3 ppm of gestational Pb exposure.
(A), Hippocampus; (B), cortex; and (C), thalamus at PND60 were dissected from 3 male mice in each group. Gene expression as determined from qRT-PCR levels was normalized to Gapdh expression in each condition and expressed relative to the corresponding level in controls with no Pb treatment. Tissues from each mouse were processed individually and the data shown represents the mean ± SEM of the three mice. (*) p< 0.05.
