Structural Interface Parameters Are Discriminatory in Recognising Near-Native Poses of Protein-Protein Interactions

Workflow of DockScore.

Interface residues are identified and several structural parameters are taken into account to record the scoring. The final score obtained is the weighted score and weights are assigned by testing the performance. FinScore is the final DockScore obtained using the weighted average.
