Correlation analysis of charge characteristics between MTS and mature sequences.
Scatterplots were generated to investigate (A) basic residue composition (percentage of total) of the MTS against acidic residue composition of the mature sequence, and (B) global sequence charge characteristics by comparing charge at pH 7.5 of both MTS and mature sequences.
