Tectorigenin inhibited IKKβ/NF-κB/JNK signaling in PA-treated HUVECs.

(A–C): Cells were incubated with tectorigenin (0.1, 1, 10 μM), salicylate or GSH for 30 min, then stimulated without or with PA (100 μM) for 30 min. IKKβ (A), P65 (B) and JNK (C) phosphorylation were analyzed by Western blot. Salicylate and GSH were used as positive controls. The blank was treated with an equal amount of the vehicle (medium containing 0.1% DMSO and 10% BSA). The results were expressed as mean ± SD (n = 3). * p<0.05 vs control group.
