A schematic diagram of the beam line settings for PCSRCT imaging.
PCSRCT was performed in PLS 6D biomedical beam line. The white beam was attenuated by a 1 mm silicon wafer before reaching the sample. The sample was rotated automatically on a sample stage, taking 500 projection images covering 180°. The beam propagated 18 cm from the sample to a CdWO4 scintillation crystal and was magnified 5X. All of the settings were fine -tuned for optimal image acquisition.
