TE-1 cells that were transfected with siRNAs against HOTAIR or GFP for 48 h were subjected to a transwell assay. The numbers of filtered cells were counted by microscopy. The results are expressed as the means ± SD; n = 3, * P<0.01 compared with the negative control.
