Human DMSCs isolation and characterization.

DMSCs showed typical adherent fibroblast-like morphology (A), cells were uniformly positive for CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105 and negative for CD11b, CD19, CD34, CD45 (B) and cultured DMSCs (passage 3) differentiated into adipocytes and osteoblasts when cultured in appropriate differentiation culture conditions as mentioned (C). Each experiment was repeated three times and similar results were obtained.
