Raw gene expression data was obtained from Tothill et al. [22] for (A) and (B), and from TCGA for (C). Red: Elevated in ovarian cancer, Blue: Repressed in ovarian cancer, Black: Unchanged or unknown. IGIS score was calculated based on all the 18 genes indicated in (A).
