Andrographolide reduces NF-κB p65 DNA binding activity in vitro.
MLE-12 cells were stimulated with 0.5 µg/ml LPS in the presence and absence of 50 µM andrographolide for 12 hours. Then, DNA binding activity of NF-κB p65 was determined by a TransAM p65 transcription factor ELISA kit.
