Time-dependent morphological analysis.
0.2×106cells were seeded in a 6-welled plate and treated for 3, 6 and 24 h with polyphenols (RES: 10/100 µM and CUR: 10/30 µM) and CC (10 µM) alone or preconditioned with low/high dose polyphenols for 6 h and continued with CC (10 µM) for next 18 h {A (MCF-7) and B (MDA MB-231)}. The cells were then photographed by a Nikon Eclipse Ti inverted phase contrast microscope. Data shown is one of the three similar experiments each performed in triplicate.
