DNA amplification level of MYCN and EIF5A2 were evaluated by PCR(A). Expression of MYCN and EIF5A2 in UACC-1598 cells were determined by RT-PCR (B) and western blot analysis (C). Cells isolated from normal ovarian tissues were used as control. Primers for MYCN, EIF5A2 and β-actin are listed in Table S3.
