Energy dependent internalisation of 40 nm and 200 nm PS-COOH NPs into various cell lines.
Cells were pre-incubated for 30 min at 4°C, and subsequently exposed to the NPs, also at 4°C for 2 h, followed by fixation and FACS analysis. Mean values and standard deviations of three independent duplicate experiments are given.
