Patterns of Gene Expression in Drosophila InsP3 Receptor Mutant Larvae Reveal a Role for InsP3 Signaling in Carbohydrate and Energy Metabolism

Figure 7

Expression levels of genes common between itpr mutants and the indicated conditions followed by their status in rescue and suppressed conditions.

Box plots show the expression levels of genes common between itpr mutants and the indicated categories from figure 6. For genes up-regulated in mutants these include 93 genes for starvation up, 35 genes for starvation down, 76 genes for sugar up, 81 genes for sugar down, 49 genes for tko up and 20 genes for tko down. For genes down-regulated in mutants these include 71 genes in starvation up, 93 genes in starvation down, 75 genes in sugar up, 120 genes in sugar down, 17 genes in tko down and 37 genes in tko up.
