WT Lnk R8 inhibits Jak2-dependent cell proliferation.
(A) M-MOK, (B) TF-1 or (C) HEL cells were pre-treated with the 5 µM of WT, mutant Lnk R8 or BSA. After treatment, cytokines GM-CSF and IL-3 were added into culture medium of M-MOK and TF-1, respectively. Cell viability was measured by performing MTT assays after 2 days.
