The morpholino oligos target Exon 45 (E45), Exon 50 (E50) and Exon 51 (E51), which correspond to the coding sequences of Kinase, WD40 and WD40 domain respectively. Exon 51, shown as E51 (45), is the same as Exon 45 described by Sheng et al. The morpholino oligos and their corresponding primers are indicated by the same color.
