CFP was excited at 458 nm and the images were collected by BP 475–525 nm filter, YFP was excited at 514 nm and the images were collected by BP 530–600 nm filter. B: Bar diagram showing the percent of cells containing aggregates (from fig. 5A). The values were determined as in fig. 1B. The mean values are statistically significant at p<0.05 for αBwt+αA162 and αBwt+αA172 Vs αBwt+αAwt groups.
