Result of real-time RT-PCR confirmation of gene chip data.
(A) The mRNA level was measured using RT-PCR and the same sample utilized for the microarray analyses. The amplification reactions were cycled for 30 cycles. −, Uninfected group; +, Infected group. (B) The same reactions were performed in a real-time system. These six histograms presented the expression data for six genes (Psmb8, Cnot2, Clr, Prpf4b, Abhd6 and Nudt18) from 74 genes with differential expression in the lungs and livers of the animals separately.
