Fine-scale GPS tracking to quantify human movement patterns and exposure to leptospires in the urban slum environment

We calculated the distance between each GPS point and the wearer’s home and converted these distances into percentiles. While the maximum distance is approximately 88,000 meters (A), zooming in on the 100 meters closest to the house (B) indicates that the majority of points occur near the home. The dashed line marks 50 meters, within which 87.7% of all GPS points fall.
