Parameter set Θ2 has a faster rate of antibiotic loss due to internalisation and this results in the antibiotic degrading from the system before it can sufficiently eliminate the bacteria. For higher concentrations of antibiotic we see the bacteria being eliminated by the antibiotic for both parameter sets (results omitted).
