Interactions of Space-charge Waves with Magnetic Fields in the Semiconductor InP:Fe

Abstract

An interaction of optically induced space-charge waves with a magnetic field has been observed in the semi-insulating single crystal InP:Fe. This interaction is attributed to the effect of magneto-resistance.
