Abstract

We report high-quality and low-threshold lasing, enhanced stability, and excellent wavelength tunability from a facile solution-processed sub-wavelength size of cesium lead halide perovskite CsPbX3 (X= I/Br/Cl) nanocubes under both one- and two-photon excitation.
