A high-voltage bus No.2 was performed at Kawasaki substation for its improvement work. After beginning of use, an unnecessary 67G relay operation was occurred when a change of system was taken place. We discovered this phenomenon was happened because of unbalanced three-phase, and undertake interim and reform measure.
