Abstract

In recent years, the effect of air floating particle originating from diesel car exhaust gas on the human body has become a problem. In this research, so as to investigate floating particle distribution in the living environment, we manufactured a wearable terminal with a pump, which can sample simultaneously the particle with position, temperature, or humidity information. We so could build up an environmental monitoring system that does not require specialist's skill. By carrying out quantitative analysis (ICP) of the air floating particle matter sampled using this terminal, it showed that this system was useful to local air environment assessment.
