HTV is the transfer vehicle to carry cargoes to the International Space Station (ISS). This paper describes the outline of HTV structural design. HTV principal structure has unique figures due to geometrical constraint derived from launch and on-orbit configuration. The structural design and verification for unique figures has been performed by effective and well-considered study.
