The shape memory effect of SMA is the phenomenon which originates from the change of crystal structure with phase transformation. Therefore, the operation speed is dependent on heating and cooling speed. The heating of SMA is carried out comparatively at high speed by direct sending of electricity. However, the decisive method on the cooling not view the place in of today. Because of the above, it becomes the hindrance in speeding up operation speed of the SMA actuator. In this study, it is to made to move in the material of which thermal conductivity such as the oil is high in respect of SMA, and it raises the cooling efficiency, and the operation speed is improved. In addition, the system for the power transmission by generated hydraulic pressure is reported, because it was developed.
