Abstract (English):
The textbook, prepared in accordance with the state educational standard for law schools, is the result of many years of the author's lectures on logic for law students. Special attention is paid to such types of reasoning as proof, confirmation and refutation, explanation, qualification and identification. The presentation of the theoretical material is supplemented by a workshop containing tasks and exercises that develop a logical culture of thinking of future specialists.
