摘要： 狼疮肾炎是系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE）常见的脏器受累表现。本文报道一例狼疮肾炎患者，因腰部网状青斑就诊，未出现SLE典型的皮肤黏膜损害，临床上易误诊。

Abstract: lupus nephritis (LN) is a common manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). We report a case of lupus nephritis with livedo reticularis on the waist, without the typical skin and mucosa lesions of SLE, which is easy to be misdiagnosed clinically.
