摘要: 肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)是一种神经系统变性疾病,发病机制尚不清楚,尚无有效的治疗方法。胆固醇是构成细胞膜的主要成分,对维持细胞的正常功能至关重要,脑是人体胆固醇含量最丰富的器官。近年来关于脑胆固醇代谢异常与神经系统变性疾病的研究逐渐增多,本文主要阐述ALS与胆固醇代谢的相关性。

Abstract: Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis is a degenerative disease of the nervous system.Its pathogenesis is not clear and there is no effective treatment.Cholesterol is a main component of the cell membrane,which is vital to the maintenance of the normal function of the cell.The brain is the most cholesterol-rich organ in human body.In recent years,the studies of abnormal brain cholesterol metabolism and neurodegenerative diseases are increasing.This article elaborates the relationship between cholesterol metabolism and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
