摘要:

通过设置两个同轴的静触头,实现与动触头导电杆的水平直插式投切。两个静触头分别提供高电位母线的连接位置,使得开关整体包括操动机构与母线同时处于电网中的高电位,避免了由于高压破坏操作机构与隔离刀主体间绝缘的问题。利用远距离控制纯净压缩空气带动拉杆动作,实现驱动和控制的电气隔离。抗电磁干扰能力强,避免了强电磁干扰带来的误动作;运行安全方便,减少了工程造价,能够满足110kV及以下不同电压等级频繁操作的户内高压瞬时大电流工况中的隔离需求。

Abstract:

By setting two coaxial static contacts, the horizontal direct switching of the moving contact conducting rod can be realized. The two static contacts provide the connection position of the high potential bus-bar respectively, so that the switch includes the high potential of the operating mechanism and the bus-bar in the power grid simultaneously, the problem of insulation between the operating mechanism and the isolating cutter body is avoided. Remote control of clean compressed air drives the pull rod to achieve electrical isolation between drive and control, the ability to resist electromagnetic interference is strong, avoiding the mis-operation caused by strong electromagnetic interference. The operation is safe and convenient, and the cost of the project is reduced, and it can meet the isolation requirements of indoor high voltage instantaneous high current operating conditions with different voltage levels and frequent operation under 110kV and below.
