摘要:

面向位置精确控制系统,提出一种基于直流电源线载波技术的BISS-C协议通信系统。载波通信系统以BISS-C协议为基础,以直流电源线为载体,采用异步通信方式实现准同步信号的传输,从而简化了通信系统,提高了电缆利用率,实现了利用两根导线完成供电和数据通信复用。系统以可编程序逻辑器件(FPGA)为核心,设计了载波硬件电路,规划了通信流程,制定了通信协议。伺服电机闭环控制实验表明,系统运行稳定可靠,满足通信要求。

Abstract:

For position oriented precise control system, a BISS-C protocol communication system based on DC power line carrier technology is proposed. The carrier communication system is based on the BISS-C protocol, and it takes the DC power line as the carrier. The asynchronous communication is used to realize quasi synchronous signal transmission, thus the communication system is simplified and the utilization of cable is improved. Power supply and data communication multiplexing are realized by using two wires. The system is based on a programmable logic device (FPGA). The carrier hardware circuit is designed, the communication flow is planned, and the communication protocol is worked out. The experiment of servo motor closed loop control shows that the system is stable and reliable, and it can meet the communication requirements.
