Fault Diagnosis Strategy in Two-Stage Matrix Converter Based on Line Voltage

摘要:

双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)具有结构紧凑、调制策略简单且换流易于实现等优点,但是其功率开关故障问题成为了阻碍TSMC工程应用的因素之一,因此对TSMC的功率开关故障诊断进行研究具有重要意义。对TSMC故障诊断策略进行研究,分析了TSMC在开路故障情况下的故障运行模式,提出了基于逆变级输出线电压的故障诊断方法。该方法能快速准确地判断故障开关,具有算法简单、易于实现等优点,仿真实验结果验证了该诊断方法的正确性和可行性。

Abstract:

Two-stage matrix converter (TSMC) has characteristics of compact structure, simple modulation strategy,which is easy to convert current. But the problem of switch fault become one of the main factors hindering the research on the TSMC engineering application .Thus TSMC fault diagnosis research are profoundly meaning. This paper presents fault diagnosis strategy of TSMC and analysis switch failure mode through the current circuit, then puts forward the fault diagnosis method based on output line voltage. This method can rapidly and accurately judge the fault switch. Algorithm of the method is simple and easy to implement, etc. The simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the fault diagnosis method.
