大叶种茶气候品质评价方法研究

Evaluation Method of Climate Quality of Big Leaf Tea

摘要: 本研究旨在寻找大叶种茶品质与气候条件的关系,为开展大叶种茶气候品质评价提供技术支撑。应用普洱茶主产区19个样本茶园平行观测小气候因子和普洱茶内含物数据,采用相关分析、模糊数学等方法,确定了大叶种茶气候品质评价因子、指标,建立单因子适宜度模型和气候品质指数。结果表明,大叶种茶树生长季内平均气温与咖啡碱含量呈显著的负相关,相对湿度与氨基酸含量也呈显著的负相关;结合大叶种茶树的生理学特性,确定了评价指标,并建立了单个气象要素和综合的气候品质评价模型;通过在研究茶区对评价方法进行验证,评价准确率为84%。

Abstract: The paper aims to find the relationship between the quality of big leaf tea and the climatic conditions, and offer a technological support for undertaking climate quality evaluation of large leaf tea. The microclimatic data by parallel observation method of 19 tea gardens in the main Pu’er tea production area was applied to clarify the climate quality evaluation factors and indexes of big leaf tea, and establish single factor fitness models and climate quality indexes using correlation analysis and fuzzy math methods. The results showed that there were significantly negative correlation between the average temperature in the big leaf tea plant growing season and caffeine content, and between the relative humidity and amino acid content. Combined with physiologic characters of the big leaf tea plant, the evaluation indexes were determined, single meteorological element and the comprehensive fitness models were established. The verification accuracy of the evaluation method was 84% in the researching area.
