黑龙江省富锌水稻种质资源筛选

Screening of Zinc Enriched Rice Germplasm Resources in Heilongjiang Province

摘要: 为了对北方水稻材料锌含量进行综合评价,通过田间试验,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对黑龙江省137 份水稻资源进行测定。结果表明:相同条件下,黑龙江省水稻资源材料锌含量差异较大,变异区间在10.92~25.47 mg/kg,平均值为16.15 mg/kg,极大值与极小值的比值为2.33。对黑龙江省137 份水稻种质资源籽粒锌含量进行频率分析,发现其整体呈单峰的正态分布。从不同积温带分析,黑龙江省4 个积温带水稻资源籽粒锌含量平均值为第三积温带>第四积温带>第二积温带>第一积温带。筛选出L6、L170等富锌水稻资源,为黑龙江省地方种质资源合理利用和优质新品种选育提供科学理论依据。

Abstract: To evaluate the zinc content of north rice materials comprehensively, 137 rice germplasms from Heilongjiang Province were analyzed using ICP- MS method in field experiment. The results showed that, under the same condition, the difference of rice germplasm zinc content from Heilongjiang Province was significant. The variation ranged from 10.92-25.47 mg/kg with the mean values of 16.15 mg/kg and the ratio of the maximum and minimum was 2.33. The result of frequency analysis of 137 rice germplasms zinc content showed unimodal normal distribution. The difference analysis was done in 4 accumulated temperature zones of Heilongjiang Province, the results of zinc content mean value patterns showed that zone 3>zone 4>zone 2> zone 1. L6, L170 with high level of zinc content were selected. These works will provide theoretical basis for reasonable utilization of local germplasm and new variety breeding in Heilongjiang Province.
