青刺果研究概述

Overview of Prinsepia utilis Royle

摘要: 青刺果(Prinsepia Utilis Royle)是一种木本油料植物,是蔷薇科扁核木属植物,又名总花扁核木。主要分布在中国云南、四川、西藏和贵州等海拔在1800~3200 m的山区、山坡、干旱河谷、荒地和丛林中。青刺果在滇西北少数民族地区已有几千年的食药用历史。为了研究青刺果在药用、食用、护肤、保健功能等方面的意义,综述了国内外近三十年有关青刺果及其产品和化学成分的研究,发现青刺果根、茎、果仁中含多种对人体所必须的常量和微量元素、维生素、氨基酸、粗脂肪、多糖、黄酮、萜类等,具有抗氧化、降血脂、提高缺氧耐力、抗菌、维持生物膜流动等作用,另外在青刺果的栽培、萃取及化学成分分析方面也取得较大的进展,然而对青刺果进行系统的化学成分分析和药理作用的研究存在不足,今后还需进一步研究青刺果化学成分的分离鉴定以及其在药理学上的应用。

Abstract: Prinsepia utilis Royle, also known as Prinsepia utilis,is a woody oil plants which belongs to prinsepia of Rosaceae and it is mainly distributed throughout the mountains,slopes arid valley,wasteland and jungle with altitude from 1800-3200m in Yunnan, Sichuan, Tibet and Guizhou,etc. People in Northwest Yunnan minority area have thousands of years for the edible and medicinal history of Prinsepia utilis Royle. In order to study the the functional significance of Prinsepia utilis Royle edible in medicine ,eating ,skin care, health care and other aspects, the study reviewed nearly thirty years about Prinsepia utilis Royle and its products as well as it's chemical composition and found that the roots, stems and nuts of Prinsepia utilis Royle contain a variety of the necessary constants and trace elements for the body, vitamins, amino acids, crude fat, polysaccharides, flavonoids, terpene etc.,which can lower blood lipid,improve hypoxia tolerance, maintain biological membrane fluidity and which also have anti-oxidative and antibacterial effects and so on. At the same time, the study has also made great progress in the cultivation, extraction and chemical composition analysis of Prinsepia utilis. However, the study of chemical constituents and pharmacological analysis is inadequate and that the further study of isolation and identification of chemical constituents of Prinsepia utilis and its the application in pharmacology need to be enriched.
