需求视角下农村敬老院“五保”老人供养状况研究——以岔口驿敬老院为例

Study on the Status of the Elderly with“Five Guarantees”in Rural Seniors’ Home Under Demand Perspective

摘要： 为了提高农村“五保”供养水平，满足集中供养的“五保”老人不满发展的物质、精神需求，以岔口驿敬老院作为个案研究，采用了观察法、访谈法，从需求视角出发，对集中供养的“五保”老人生活状况进行了调查。调查显示，在敬老院集中供养的“五保”老人普遍存在生活照料和医疗照料不足、精神慰藉缺乏、社会交往不足等问题。解决上述问题的关键是要加大政府财政投入、更新思想观念，重视精神供养、加强在岗人员培训等。

Abstract: In order to improve the level of rural“Five Guarantees”and meet the material and spiritual needs of the elderly with“Five Guarantees”that nursed in rural seniors’home, this paper took seniors’homes in Chakouyi as a case, using the method of observation and interview from the demand perspective, to investigate living conditions of the elderly with“Five Guarantees” . The results showed that most elderly with“Five Guarantees”in the seniors’home had problems such as lacking life and medical care, lacking spiritual comfort and social interaction and so on. The key to solve the above problems was to increase government financial input, update ideas, pay attention to spiritual support and strengthen on-the-job personnel training, etc.
