贵州主要蔗区高粱花叶病毒(SrMV)的PCR检测

PCR Detection of Sorghum mosaic virus (SrMV) in Sugarcane Field of Guizhou

摘要: 为了弄清贵州主要蔗区甘蔗花叶病害发生情况,本研究通过PCR检测方法,对采自贵州主要蔗区的52份疑似花叶病样品进行检测,结果表明:39份样品呈阳性(检出率为75%)。对阳性样品的PCR扩增产物测序比对,PCR扩增产物的基因序列与GenBank中SrMV分离物的基因序列同源性在96%~99%,由此证实贵州主要蔗区甘蔗普遍感染SrMV。

Abstract: The study aims to find out mosaic disease epidemic situation in main sugarcane field in Guizhou. In this research, 52 sugarcane leaf samples with disease symptom from the main sugarcane field in Guizhou were detected by PCR. The results showed that 39 sugarcane samples were positive (75% samples were infected with SrMV). By sequencing the PCR amplified products of positive samples, the sequence homology of the PCR amplified product with SrMV isolates genes in GenBank was 96%-99%, thus confirmed the widespread infection of SrMV in main sugarcane field in Guizhou.
