山桐子种子快速高效萌发研究

Study on Rapid and High-efficiency Germination of Idesia polycarpa Maxim Seeds

摘要: :山桐子是有重要应用前景的能源树种,然而自然条件下休眠期长、萌发困难、发芽率极低,严重影响其推广应用。为了提高山桐子的萌发效率,笔者研究了不同消毒剂(氯化汞、过氧化氢)、消毒时间、处理方法(硫酸、超声波处理、低温层积)对山桐子种子消毒和促进萌发的作用。结果表明:70%乙醇结合10 min 30%过氧化氢处理,无菌苗种子污染率为0,第15 天发芽率达到90%;而利用低温层积结合5~10 min 20%过氧化氢处理,实生苗种子的发芽率大幅提高,第22天发芽率达到78%。

Abstract: Idesia polycarpa Maxim is an energy tree species with important broad application prospects. However,the poor and slow germination under natural conditions has affected its popularization and application seriously. In order to improve the efficiency of germination, the author researched the influencing factors of seed sterilization and germination, different disinfectant types (HgCl2, H2O2), disinfectant time and methods (H2SO4, ultrasonic treatment, cold stratification). The results showed that the treatment with 70% ethanol plus 10 min 30% hydrogen peroxide could get 90% germination rate and had no contamination within 15 days; also, the treatment with 5-10 min 20% hydrogen peroxide in combination with cold stratification could get 78% germination rate within 22 days.
