水肥耦合对高原莴笋生长、养分吸收和品质的影响

Effect of Water and Fertilizer Coupling on the Growth, Nutrients Absorption and Quality of Lettuce

摘要: 采用大田试验,研究不同的水分条件和施肥量处理对春茬莴笋产量、植株氮、磷、钾吸收及品质的影响。结果表明,莴笋产量以高水高肥(W1F1)处理时最高,为87019.05 kg/hm2,但中水高肥(W2F1)处理的产量与其无显著差异,亦达到85777.28 kg/hm2,此二者较产量最低的低水中肥(W3F2)处理分别高出20.40%、18.68%。莴笋各器官氮、磷、钾含量随着施肥量减少呈降低趋势,而随着灌水下限的降低先上升后下降,即(W2田间持水量的65%)灌水下限时吸收量较大。莴笋可食用部分Vc和可溶性固形物含量在(W2田间持水量的65%)灌水下限时较(W1田间持水量的75%)和(W3田间持水量的55%)高,硝酸盐含量则随着灌水下限的下降和施肥量的增加而增加,可溶性糖含量在不同灌水下限下随着施肥量变化呈现不同的变化趋势。综上,中水高肥(W2F1),即65%灌水下限,施肥量N 296.7 kg/hm2、P2O5 70.2 kg/hm2、K2O 171.6 kg/hm2处理为甘肃省河西地区莴笋生长适宜的水肥组合。

Abstract: A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of different moisture conditions and fertilizing amount on the yield, nutrient absorption (N, P and K) and quality of lettuce (Lactuca sativa var. angustana Irish). The results showed that the yield of lettuce under treatment of high water and high fertilization(W1F1) was the highest, it’s 87019.05 kg/hm2. But the yield of medium water and high fertilization(W2F1) treatment was not significantly different from that of W1F1, also reached 85777.28 kg/hm2. The two treatments’yield were 20.40% and 18.68% higher than that of the low water medium fertilization (W3F2) treatments, which was the lowest yield treatment. The N, P and K content of lettuce organs present a downtrend along with the decrease of fertilizing amount, but raised first and then decreased with the decline of irrigation lower limit. That is, W2 (65% field capacity) irrigation lower limit was a good condition to nutrient absorption. The Vc and soluble solid content of lettuce edible parts under W2 (65% field capacity) irrigation lower limit were higher than that of W1 (75% field capacity) irrigation lower limit and W3 (55% field capacity) irrigation lower limit treatments. The nitrate content increased with the decline of irrigation lower limit and increasing of fertilizing amount. The soluble sugar content presented different change rule under different irrigation lower limit along with the change of fertilizing amount. To sum up, combination treatment with medium water and high fertilization amount, that is, 65% irrigation lower limits and fertilizing amount N 296.7 kg/hm2, P2O5 70.2 kg/hm2, K2O 171.6 kg/hm2 were the appropriate irrigation and fertilization scheme for lettuce grows in Hexi area of Gansu Province.
