低温胁迫对银叶菊和矾根抗寒生理指标的比较研究

Study on cold-resistant physiological index of Senecio cineraria and Heuchera micrantha

摘要: 研究分析银叶菊和矾根的抗寒性,为其栽培管理和园林应用提供理论依据。电导法配合Logistic方程拟合的S型曲线计算获得半致死温度;采用茚三酮比色法测定叶片游离脯氨酸;采用巴比妥酸显色法测定叶片丙二醛含量。银叶菊和矾根的半致死温度分别为-17.38℃和-61.09℃;不同处理温度下银叶菊叶片的相对电导率增幅远大于矾根,矾根叶片的脯氨酸含量均低于对照,银叶菊叶片在各处理温度下的丙二醛含量远低于矾根叶片。采用相对电导率和半致死温度这2个生理指标得出的结果与露地观察较为一致,矾根的抗寒性强于银叶菊。

Abstract: The research aimed to analyze cold tolerance difference of Senecio cineraria and Heuchera micrantha, the scientific basis was provided for the cultivation and applies. Semi- lethal temperature was determined with the method of electric conductivity and Logistic the equation fitting S; the Pro was determined with the method of ninhydrin colorimety. The MDA was determined with the method of thiobarbituric acid colorimetric. The semi- lethal temperature of Senecio cineraria and Heuchera micrantha was - 17.38℃and -61.09℃. Under the different low-temperature treatment, the relative conductivity of Senecio cineraria was increased more zhan the relative conductivity of Heuchera micrantha. The contents of Pro in the leaves of Heuchera micrantha was lower than that of the control. The contents of MDA in the leaves of Senecio cineraria was much lower than the contents in the leaves of Heuchera micrantha under the different temperature treatment. The result with these two physiological indexes of the relative conductivity and the semi-lethal temperature consisted with the field observation. The cold resistance of Heuchera micrantha was more than the cold resistance of Senecio cineraria.
