早籼稻直播适应性种质的筛选研究

Study on Strain Screening Test of Early Indica Rice Direct Seeding Adaptability

摘要: 为了筛选芽期耐冷性好、成熟期抗倒伏的直播适应性早籼稻种质。研究了不同遗传背景的237份早籼稻稳定品系的芽期耐冷性,直播条件下生育期、产量和抗倒伏茎秆特性,苗期叶瘟抗性。结果表明,从这些材料中筛选出11份生育期不迟于102天,叶瘟抗性、耐冷性、直播产量和抗倒伏指数优于对照‘嘉育293’的新种质。因此,在直播种植时,这些种质在品种适应性和操作性上将明显优于移栽稻品种,有效减少基本苗不足和后期倒伏引起产量和品质的损害。

Abstract: To screen the bud stage good cold tolerance, maturity lodging live adaptation of early indica rice germplasm. Studied on 237 different genetic background of early indica rice stable strains of cold resistance during the germination period, identified the growth period, yield and culm traits with lodging properties in the case of direct seeding. The results showed that, 11 new germplasms screened growth period no later than 102 days, leaf blast resistance, cold resistance, live production, and lodging index than the control ‘Jiayu 293’. So screening germplasm sowing varieties adaptability and interoperability will be significantly better than transplanted rice varieties effectively reduce the basic seedling inadequate and late lodging caused damage yield and quality.
