作物干旱研究进展

The Research Progress of Crop to Drought

摘要: 近年来由于环境变换加剧和水资源的日益匮乏,干旱对世界范围内的作物生长带来了巨大的影响。本研究系统介绍了干旱条件下植物在渗透调节、脱水保护、抗氧化防御系统、细胞结构及代谢途径等方面的调节机制,分别从信号因子、转录因子和功能基因3个方面综述了抗旱相关基因的研究进展。归纳出植物在干旱条件下通过细胞内多层次、多种途径的调节,激活多条干旱应答途径来应对干旱胁迫。最后讨论了干旱研究中存在的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: In recent years, drought brought a huge impact to crop growth in worldwide due to environmental transformation and the increasing scarcity of water resources. The mechanism of osmotic regulation, dehydration protection, antioxidant defense system, cell structure and the pathway of metabolic regulating were introduced systematically in this paper. The research progress of drought was reviewed from the signal factor, transcription factors and functional genes respectively. This paper summarized the plants activate many drought pathways to deal with drought stress through the intracellular multi-level and many regulation pathways. At last, the paper also discussed the problems existing in the research of drought, and the future research direction was given.
