Programmed Psychotherapy

Programmed Psychotherapy is an adjunctive development in psychotherapy in which the patient is presented with individually pertinent problems to solve and apply. Observations, results, and follow-up on 100 patients are presented. Some variant of programmed psychotherapy probably will emerge as a most valuable therapeutic and research adjunct.
