Correction to Cruceanu et al.

When the article “Cell-Type-Specific Impact of Glucocorticoid Receptor Activation on the Developing Brain: A Cerebral Organoid Study,” by Cristiana Cruceanu, Ph.D., et al. (doi: 10.1176/appi.ajp.2021.21010095) was published online on October 26, 2021, there was imprecision in the labeling within Figure 1 that the authors wish to clarify. Part B of Figure 1 shows the results of a singular value decomposition analysis plotting Component 1 (x axis) against Component 2 (y axis). The corresponding discussion of the data in the supplementary material also should reference that a singular value decomposition analysis was performed. Since publication, updated information on how the data can be obtained was made available (Primary data and processed data are available at the Gene Expression Omnibus [https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo] as follows: bulk RNA sequencing data is available at GSE181405 and single-cell RNA sequencing data is available at GSE189535. Code for all analyses is available at: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.5772643). The figure labels and legend were amended, the supplemental information updated, and the article was reposted on January 26, 2022, ahead of its appearance in the May 2022 issue.
