刈割高度对粮饲兼用小麦抗逆性及保护性酶活性的影响

摘要:

为探索刈割对冬小麦抗逆生理特性的影响,在温室控制条件下,设置不同刈割留茬高度(6 cm(RE-6)、3 cm(RE-3),不刈割(CK)),以‘陇育4号’冬小麦(Triticum aestivum)为材料,分析植株干物质(DM)积累,可溶性糖(WSS)、可溶性蛋白含量(WP),过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等抗逆指标活性。结果表明:刈割后20 d内冬小麦干物质和可溶性糖含量随着刈割留茬高度增加而减少(P <0.05),RE-3处理下叶可溶性蛋白与地上部SOD活性分别较对照显著增加18%~25%和10%~30%(P <0.05),RE-6处理茎POD活性较对照显著增加30%(P <0.05)。刈割降低植株地下部POD活性,但对地下部SOD活性无显著影响。刈割留茬3 cm下‘陇育4号’通过增加地上部可溶性蛋白及地上部抗氧化酶活性,为其安全越冬及早春的恢复生长提供生理基础。

Abstract:

The effects of clipping on dual-purpose winter wheat physiological metabolism were studied in pot trials. Experiment was conducted at the greenhouse of college of pastoral agriculture science and technology of Lanzhou university. Three treatments were set up, including residue removal (CK), 3 cm height (RE-3) and 6 cm height (RE-6). Each treatment had 40 replications. The seedling dry matter (DM), water soluble sugar (WSS), soluble protein concentration (SP), the activities of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured under different cutting intensities. The results showed that DM and WSS of above ground were significantly decreased with increasing clipping height.(P <0.05).Compared to CK, the leaf SP and above-ground SOD activity under RE-3 treatment were increased 18%~25% and 10%~30%, respectively (P <0.05); the stem POD activity was also increased 30% under RE-6 treatment (P <0.05). However, the under-ground POD activity was decreased with increasing clipping intensity, and under-ground SOD activity was not significantly affected by clipping intensity. Therefore, determining the optimum residue height and intensity of clipping to maximize winter wheat recovery was beneficial to dual-purpose use of wheat.
